Aqua Psion

Once slaves to the conquering Illithids, the freedom of the Aqua Psions was payed for with blood and torment. A great uprising finally saw their liberation but now long departed from their ancestral home, the Aqua Psions struggle to find their place in the Material world.

Triton Ancestry: Millennia ago during their great Planar conquests, the Mind Flayers invaded the Elemental Plane of Water; though the raw primal power of the terrible sea-beasts that dwell there prevented the Illithids from settling too long, they did not leave without a few ‘souvenirs’. It is documented that a clan of roughly 200 Tritons were captured to be enslaved and experimented upon. In the generations that passed, those few Tritons that survived became what we now recognise to be the Aqua Psions.

Psionic Adept: As with many creatures unlucky enough to spend time under the tyranny of the Illithids, centuries upon centuries of psychic oppression caused the Aqua Psions to develop their own mental abilities; in the years of freedom that followed they honed these skills, affording then impressive skill with said powers. Along with the traditional telekinesis and telepathy, the Aqua Psions have developed a mental barrier of sorts, rendering them immune to Detect Thoughts and other such spells that seek to read or ensnare the mind, though this of course has its limitations.

Steadfast Hospitality: Despite the cruelty that once befell them, the Aqua Psions hold a communal value of kindness and generosity; in fact a notable amount of seafarers claim to have been welcomed by tribes after their vessels suffered damage or dead-winds. It is traditional within Aqua Psion custom to share handmade gifts as a sign of friendship and good faith, as such most who encounter a tribe return with exquisite jewellery or trinkets crafted from exotic shells or pearls.

We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days and do everything we can to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

Average UK delivery times should be within 3 working days of shipping and International orders should be delivered within 10 working days of shipping. However given the large amount of things that can affect postal delivery we ask our UK customers allow 10 days for delivery and our international customers allows 30 days.
